You didn’t think I was going to leave Cyprus without showing my appreciation for the food here now did you?

It’s the last night of my holiday and all I can think about is missing the food, and of course my family.

Here is a little photo collection of dishes I have eaten over the course of the week, including souvlaki, gyros, stuffed peppers, stuffed tomatoes, stuffed courgette, Cypriot risotto, koubebia, macaroni de forno, and salads galore. Oh and of course, the odd coffee…with thanks to Starbucks.
